F. Anthony McLeod, MD, FACS
Dr. Tony McLeod is a native of Lineville, Alabama. After completing his undergraduate degree at Auburn University, he went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine, graduating in the top 15% and top 5% in clinical average. Dr. McLeod completed his residency at UAB where he served as Chief Resident in the Division of Otolaryngology, Dept. of Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and Sleep Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Rhinologic Society and the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. McLeod has been in private practice in Alabama since 1996; with office locations in Alexander City, Sylacauga, and Talladega. He is the Medical Director of the Sleep Labs at Russell Medical Center, Coosa Valley Medical Center, Citizens Baptist Medical Center, Lake Martin Community Hospital, University Sleep Disorders Center, Clay County Hospital, and Sleep South Diagnostics.​

Dr. McLeod enjoys both the office based clinical practice of otolaryngology as well as surgical practice. Seeing patients of all ages and providing care to whole families is especially rewarding to him. His practice includes all areas of adult and pediatric ENT with special interests in sleep disorders, allergy and immunotherapy, endoscopic sinus surgery, balloon sinuplasty, and thyroid surgery.

His personal interest include hunting, fishing, playing golf, and of course, cheering on those Auburn Tigers (War Eagle!). He is married to Jenn McLeod, PhD, CRNP, and they have three children.

David Moore, RPSGT, CCSH
David Moore is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, certified in clinical sleep health, and a Clinical Sleep Educator. He began his career in Sleep Medicine in 2001 in Montgomery, AL. He is the Clinical Director for University Sleep Disorders Center (Auburn, AL), Clinical Director and Manager for Lake Martin Sleep Disorders Center (Dadeville, AL) and Elmore Community Hospital Sleep Disorders Center (Wetumpka, AL).

David is an active member of the Alabama Association of Sleep Professionals and has been a speaker at the AASP fall conference in both 2014 and 2015. He has also participated in numerous community education opportunities. David enjoys helping and educating patients who are suffering from sleep disorders and having difficulty with treatment.

Jenn McLeod, PhD, CRNP
Jenn McLeod is a native of Birmingham, AL and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Nursing with a Bachelor's degree in the Science of Nursing in 1995. Following a professional career in clinic and nursing, she returned to UAB, completing her doctorate in the Science of Nursing in 2011. After teaching at Auburn University School of Nursing, she returned to school to obtain her Nurse Practitioner license in 2014. She is Board certified in both Nationally accredited licensing agencies, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honour Society of Nursing and the Golden Key International Honour Society.​

Jenn enjoys being involved in the clinical care of patients and their families. Her clinical expertise spans ear, nose, and throat disorders, sleep medicine, allergies, and skin disorders. She is married to Dr. McLeod and they have three daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, exercising, and volunteer work.

Brandy S. Young, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Brandy S. Young is a Doctorally Prepared, Advanced Practice Nurse. She earned a Doctoral Degree from South University, a Master’s Degree from Troy University, and an undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Auburn University at Montgomery. She maintains her advanced practice skills providing holistic care to patients in the clinic setting. She views the advanced practice role as vital and desires to positively impact each patient’s quality of life by engaging, educating, and empowering patients to make informed decisions regarding their own health.

She is a current member of Alabama State Nurses Association (ASNA), President-Elect of District 5 of ASNA, The Advanced Practitioners for the River Region, Junior League of Montgomery, and Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama (NPAA), Chair of the Political Action Committee of NPAA.

Meloni Carter, CRNP
Meloni Carter is a lifelong resident of Prattville, Alabama and joined Sleep South Diagnostics in October of 2020 as Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
She earned an Associate degree in Business Administration at Wallace Community College in Selma, while on softball scholarship in 1996-1998. She then obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing, and her Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Degree from Troy University in 2004. She brings to our patients, a background in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine and Family Practice.

Her personal interests include Boating, RVing, Exercising and spending time with family and friends. She is married to her husband, Steve Carter, and they have 2 daughters, Jersee and Emma Cate.
